Security consultant warns of merge between Progressive Left and Jihadi movement

HIAWASSEE, Ga. – Towns County Civic Center was filled with dozens of citizens interested in taking a deeper look at “Islam, Jihad, and Sharia Law” Thursday, March 29. Towns County Republican Party, in cooperation with Towns-Union County Tea Party, hosted a presentation led by Chris Gaubatz, a renowed expert on the subject. Gaubatz spent a decade immersed in the matter, serving undercover through the Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR), later testifying before the U.S. Senate. The security consultant led an undercover operation in the United States, posing as a Muslim and infiltrating the Muslim community. Gaubatz gained access to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas-backed organization leadership meetings, preserving 12,000 pages of evidence and 300 hours of audio-video recordings from CAIR, exposing fraud, sedition, and terrorism.
Islamic law, also known as Sharia, is derived from the the teachings of Muhammad, an ancient prophet of Islam. The lessons are dictated within the Islamic holy book, the Qu’ran. Complete submission to the will of Allah, an Arabic word for God, is the fundamental tenet of Islam. Jihad is the law in action. While supporters in defense of Jihad claim that the term simply translates to “internal struggle,” Gaubatz defined the meaning as a war waged against the enemies of Islam. Gaubatz cited verses from an authoritative book on Islamic law – ‘Reliance of the Traveller’ – which includes orders to dislocate non-believers from their fate, additionally striking terror into the hearts of enemies. Dying a martyr is the highest form of worship under the confines of Sharia law.

Gaubatz warned that the “hard left” – referencing the Marxist-Socialist-Progressive political “regime” – has merged with the Jihadi movement. “Right now the face of the Party is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but understand that there is a hundred progressive caucus members in Congress right now that have the same ideology, and that movement has merged with the Jihadi movement. They describe themselves as the Global Islamic, and what happened in 2016 gave us time…,” Gaubatz said, referring to the election of President Donald Trump. “There is hope despite the mainstream media, issuing propaganda statement after propaganda statement, attacking Trump day in and day out, despite the left doing what they do, despite establishment Republicans attacking him, day in and day out, he still won. Why did he win? Because the people still matter. They still matter. If we don’t get this right – and this is really why I’m doing what I’m doing – I have committed to speaking with as many conservative groups between now and November, 2020 because I firmly believe, with everything that I’ve learned in the last 10 years, that if we don’t get it right over these next six years – and I don’t doubt that Trump is going to (be re-elected), especially with Democrats doing what Democrats do – but when he leaves office, if we don’t have a movement that’s ready to take the mantle, and actually take this county back, then we lose. How many of you have had children or grandchildren that you raise to be Christian Conservative, you send them off to some university, and you don’t even recognize them? In other words, the trend line is not in our favor. We have got to get this right. We’ve got to start now which is why, from my perspective, there is a reason that I am out here and not in Washington D.C. because I believe we’re going to take back this country the same way President Trump did; county by county, state by state, at the local level.”
The remark was met with applause.
Gaubatz stressed the importance of citizen involvement and focused organization within conservative groups, advising attention toward local politics. The speaker emphasised that an instilled fear of being branded Islamophobic limits open, honest discussion on the subject, both privately and from pulpits. Gaubatz recommended studying literature written by those within the left-wing in order to understand their mission, rather than solely researching through oppositional-minded authors.
Several citizens posed questions for Gaubatz, ranging from the “no-go zones” in Michigan to the mass migration of Muslim populations into European countries. Gaubatz predicted Belgium to become the first Islamic State.
Towns County Sheriff Chris Clinton introduced Gaubatz at the start of the presentation. Towns County Commissioner Cliff Bradshaw attended the event. Gaubatz made a second appearance the following morning, March 29, addressing the Mountain Movers and Shakers at Sundance Grill in Hiawassee.

Christian Genocide. Is Islam the Question or the Answer?
I’m sure it hasn’t gone unnoticed by Conservatives as it has among the media, that when Islamist’s murder people at a Christmas party in San Bernardino, Shoot up Coptic church’s in Egypt, a Catholic cathedral in the Philippines, a ‘Gay’ nightclub in Orlando, a concert in Paris, a concert in Liverpool and on the streets of Nice or, fly three commandeered airplanes into American buildings, we are repeatedly told not to paint all Muslims with the same evil brush as the radical Jihadists. However, let one crazed, white neo-nazi drives his car into a Charlottesville mob of Leftists, or a professed Leftist in Christchurch, NZ, shoots up a mosque, Conservatives are all immediately branded as white supremacists, white nationalists or Nazi’s, as the media screams “racism and Islamaphobic bigotry.” I can’t be the only one who has noticed this, can I? Where’s the outrage, except by the Left against white culture?
After every attack by Muslim terrorists, we are repeatedly warned of the dangers of hate and Islamophobia. Well, if we didn’t listen to them and acted as real defenders would have, we’ve had killed off or imprisoned all the idiots by now and the Islamic invasion would be over. But, we didn’t! Obama talked us out of that after the San Bernardino massacre. Then came Dylan Roof, a white Liberal, who killed nine blacks worshipers in a Charlestown, SC church and Obama screamed that racism was still part of the American DNA so, white folks, beware. It was Obama’s policy to divide and conquer. It was he who stirred up that pot again.
So, fifty Muslims were murdered in New Zealand by a single activist. Hardly compares with the 118 Christians murdered in Nigeria by mobs of Muslim jihadists this past week. They’re all still running free to continue their Christian genocide. Why is the Muslim slaughters in Nigeria not being reported by the media or discussed by politicians? Western countries provide Muslims with the safe guards and protection of law, but not so in some Muslim countries where non-Muslims are second class citizens, subservient to Sharia Law, and taxed if not killed out right, as infidels; In European countries non Muslim (Infidel) women can be beaten and raped according to Sharia law, and where criticizing Islam, or leaving it, merits you a death sentence. How is it “Progressive” to defend Islam’s hateful phobias from criticism? Why is “Islamiphobia” not a cherished term of self-defense instead of a pejorative for ‘hate, bigotry and Islamaphobia?’
What we don’t see or can’t fathom, is that the Democrats have weaponized the lie, especially to defeat President Trump. Whether something is a lie or not is irrelevant if it serves their purpose. Lies are amoral. I learned that from my home schooled soap dish experience. Any American who has not figured this out after watching the Democrats in action since Trumps inauguration, and Judge Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, is blind. The Democrats are waging a war and the lie is simply a weapon. The “Elite” congressional Republicans are fools who dwell, at tax payer expense, in the land of Oz. We see the Republicans as playing with marbles while the Left is playing with nuclear weapons, protecting invaders so they can continue their Islamization depredations among our once orderly society.
The NZ shooter described himself as an “eco-fascist,” an “anarchist,” a “libertarian” and finally a “communist.” He disagreed with President Trump on many issues and, he identified more with Red China than Conservatism. He chose to use firearms in his attack because he wanted to create an aura of divisiveness, like within the US. He wrote that he leaned toward European style Socialism and whined about wealth inequality yet, the media blamed Donald Trump as causal because of Charlottesville. We must define for ourselves the words the Left has changed to suit their agenda. We should know by now the key phrases that smack of Marxist-Leninism.

In a wartime situation, a general might create a diversion on one side of the battlefield in order to
perform a flanking movement on the enemy and take advantage of the element of surprise.
In Desert Storm, General Norman Schwarzkopf employed a series of deceptions in his battle
plans.
He used many tactics to fool the Iraqi army. He would create publicized military maneuvers and
release “news” to the press to throw a smoke screen as to his true intentions for his next attack.
In this way, he practiced deception and attacked at a completely different area, confusing his
enemies.
The Florida election voter recount is an example of very devious sleight of hand with nefarious
intentions. It would seem that the 2000 Presidential election was once again upon us.
Oh wait, maybe it is, Brenda Snipes is still in charge of the election process. Wouldn’t you think
that she would have been canned for that 2000 boondoggle and if not, then destroying the ballots
in the 2016 election for Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The total incompetence and or alleged
corruption of Brenda Snipes is well known. She and her team have defied recent court orders
nonchalantly with a blatant disregard for law as in previous instances.
The Governor’s race and the Senate race recount antics are a diversionary tactic to camouflage
the Democrats real need to change the voting results of the Department of Agriculture
Commissioner.
Why would such a big deal be made over a relatively minor position you might ask?
It is well known that the Democratic agenda is to one day abolish the 2 nd amendment and
disarm the populace.
Obama made it very clear that he was for gun control and expected to have prevented the people
from defending themselves by the end of his terms. Hillary was to carry on this desire and finish
the 2nd amendment off when she won the election they tried to rig in her favor.
2nd amendment followers did not acquiesce to their desires, in fact, most went out and bought
several more firearms and more ammunition.
The Department of Agriculture is where the process is started to apply for open carry and
concealed carry of firearms.
The department that owns the PROCESS has the power to slow walk anyone’s application.
It is reminiscent of the IRS scandal with non-profit organizations during the previous Democratic
administration.
On November 8, 2018, Democrat Nikki Fried trailed Republican Matt Caldwell by more than
four thousand votes. By end of day she was leading by two thousand, nine hundred and fourteen
votes.
Fried has called for emergency donations and expects to lead the race to victory.
Has anyone heard anything about this particular race on the news?
While the public is focused on Scott and DeSantis, the crooked Snipes team is working its wiles
on the Commissioner’s race for a Democratic win.
The people of Florida made their desires well known by the way they cast their votes on
November 6, 2018.
Why is it so hard for the Democratic Party to accept the will of the people and try to gain power
and position by ANY MEANS NECESSARY?
The races will be decided for Scott and DeSantis the way the people wanted. While the election
committee grinds and dances, Nikki Fried will have been pushed up. Who knows if it is for real
or if the race has now been contrived?

The Democrat party has made winning elections an art form. Their speculation knows no bounds,
abides by no rules, except their own, and would not consider for a second, capitulating to the
inevitable until all votes are counted including those from unknown precincts that suddenly were
found in the trunk of a car or stacked on the shelves in someone’s office. They were never
reported loss but, now they are found. Imagine than, an amazing grace.
In Georgia, the extreme radical left wing socialist Democrat candidate for governor, Stacy
Abrams, came up short in the general election vote count, even for the number required for a
run-off so, in typical Democrat fashion her minions filed a law suit in the US District Court for
Middle Georgia, to allow absentee ballots from Dougherty County to be counted, so long as they
were postmarked on or before Nov. 6 or received by last Friday.
Well, guess what Federal Judge is charged with supervising the suit. It’s Leslie Abrams, an
Obama appointee and, Oh, Joy! the sister of candidate Stacy Abrams. Should one anticipate a
possible conflict of interest here? Will she be asked to recuse herself? Democrats, like Chuckie
Schumer will insist, with a straight face, that Leslie Abrams is an honest duly appointed Judge
whose integrity can not be questioned, etc. & etc.
Democrats, through shenanigans like Abrams is pulling, simply will not concede an election until
the Supreme Court of the US makes a final decision. In the meantime, a trove, of Democrat-leaning
provisional ballots, 1,811 to be exact, were discovered in Fulton County Georgia, that, if
believed, could yield results in her favor even though the “trove” is filled with duplicates, wrong
names and wrong signatures. 42% of those provisional ballots were in fact rejected.
Florida is another case in point. Three counties there, Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, are
officially deemed corrupt almost beyond repair. Post-election Florida faces a statewide recount
for both the Governor and Senate races. Protesters have assembled at the core site of the
storm raging over both races and that is the long suspected of election criminality, Broward
Election Supervisor, Brenda Snipes.
Snipes held a Press Conference and didn’t show up. Brenda Snipes, is a wicked elderly lady
with straight white hair, and dedicated to socialisms advancement. She reminds me of an
African version of Disney’s witch in ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.’ In any event, she has
a history of losing, misplacing or burning ballots if the outcome doesn’t agree with the needs of
the Democrat Party. Snipes’s lawyers was asked “how the voters of Florida can expect to have
any confidence in the integrity of the election process in Broward County when Brenda Snipes
“was found by a judge to have destroyed ballots in the race between Tin Canova and Debbie
Wasserman-Schultz?”
A follow up question was how to explain it was ‘transparent’ to have a woman who’s been found
to have destroyed ballots overseeing an election? Those ballots, it was claimed, had been
counted and weren’t relevant to this election. Brenda Snipes has a well documented history of
destroying ballots and breaking the law, yet, she remains in her sincere, rising from the swamp
muck every two or four years to ensure her party’s victory.
A reckoning has to come. Republicans are starting to fight back, for what little good it might do if
the system is rigged, but it’s a start. The fascists are on the move. What’s next, more violence?

NOBODY LIKES YOU

According to the news media, no one likes Trump. Women hate Trump, African
Americans hate Trump, Latinos and on and on it goes.
That is why it is strange when the news shows a Trump Rally.
The arena is packed cheek by jowl in supporters. All are waving signs like Women for Trump,
Blacks for Trump etc. Outside the administration has to put up big screens like at a rock concert
for the overflow of people who will not fit in the venue.
In fact, for the Cruz rally in Texas, President Trump had to move to a larger event center in order
to accommodate the “unprecedented demand for tickets.”
Of course, no one does size like Texas, but the rally filled the Toyota Center in Houston and had
a huge tailgate/picnic of followers outside watching the screens.
If it is as Rosie O’Donnell says and these people are paid to attend, that must get pretty pricey.
(I have attended one of his rallies. I didn’t get a dime. I did get harassed by the protestors of
which the police politely watched. Later, I listened to the evening news and learned that there
were copious quantities of protestors and very few attendees to the rally. I saw about 150
protestors and the venue was full in every seat, plus the open floor was crammed with people as
well.)
Those two who will not go away, the also-rans, Obama and Southern border have had less
success in drawing a crowd lately.
In September, even in liberal California, Obama was only able to draw seven hundred and fifty
people to his ant-Trump rally in Anaheim.
Yes, a long time ago, before the public realized that he was smooth talking, treacherous, empty
promises, bag of wind, Obama could also draw quite a few people. Actions, which always speak
louder than words, must have betrayed him and perhaps his base has fled to the new prosperity
that America is enjoying now.
Hillary never could fill a venue when she was running for president anyway. The photographers
had to push all the people into a corner at times to get a shot of a “crowd.”
The media is in constant denial of the obvious difference in the number of people who are drawn
to these rallies.
Last Tuesday, the day after a Trump rally, CNN was running a tape that read,” Trump tells lies
and spreads fear before the election.”
Trump was referring to a “caravan” of about 5000 or so people headed for out Southern border.
So far, the group has grown in size exponentially. They have crashed through the borders of
Guatemala and Mexico. The governments there seem unable to stop them.
Trump suggests that perhaps the Democrats and George Soros had something to do with the
funding of the mass of people. That is his supposed “lie.”
However, it gives all the appearance of being a true statement.
Has anyone heard the first word or peep from the Democrats against this invasion?
NOTHING, NOT ONE WORD!
It is not a caravan of poor immigrants, humbly seeking asylum in order to be free.
No, when a foreign body comes bearing the flag of their country, cursing the President saying
“f*** Trump” to reporters and demanding entrance, it is an INVASION!”
These people appear well fed, they are clean and well dressed. They are purchasing merchandise
like televisions and food along the way. They are being bussed and given transport.
Where is all the money coming from to finance this venture?
The President has said he will deport regular troops to the border if necessary to stop these
people from coming across our borders.
All the bleeding heart liberals are complaining and wanting to be compassionate. They say the
President doesn’t have the right to deploy troops in defense of the border.
This is incorrect!
In 1952, The Immigration and Nationality Act was passed by Congress, clause 2012 of this bill
gives the President the power to use US troops as necessary to keep foreigners out of the United
States.
It is the primary responsibility of the President to protect the citizens of the United States.
It is rumored that criminals and others with a nefarious agenda are numbered among the group
moving to the border.
If the Mexican government fails to stop this flow of people, President Trump will have no choice
but to stop it with force.
Other than Nancy Pelosi and some of her minions, most people want this surge stopped.
The United States cannot support the world or allow people who are either up to no good, or just
want a free ride to destroy our economy and nation.
Economic Miracles and a Tin-Pot Ego

Seeing Obama back on the campaign trail and listening to his whining orotund nonsense about
“his” economy whilst calling President Trump a “Tin-Pot Dictator,” requires at least a one page
response from this observer. So, here it is: First, Obama’s legacy is fugacious.
Obama, as an individual, could never amount to anything that would even remotely resemble a
leader let alone a “tin-pot dictator” except perhaps for his jug ears. He’s too arrogant! After he
assumed the Presidency in 2009, he complained that he had inherited “the worse economy in
his lifetime” from George W. Bush. What he didn’t mention was that during the final two years of
the Bush Presidency, both houses of Congress were in Democrat hands led by Nancy Pelosi
and Harry Reid and it was they and they alone (Democrats) who were responsible for the
economic disaster that Obama blamed on Bush and gifted to Trump eight long failed years later.
In denial, it was Obama’s contention that Trump needed a “magic wand” to accomplish all the
things he promised. That Trumps promises couldn’t be kept because America simply doesn’t
manufacture any more and that tax cuts would not draw business back to American shores.
For eight years, this incompetent president misled us with how his marxist economy would
flourish, jobs would rise, affordable healthcare would cover all and, when it didn’t, his excuses
were how the many left-over challenges he faced were almost too difficult to overcome.
With Trump’s first round of tax cuts, his economic miracle bounded onto the political stage.
Americans suddenly found more money in their pockets, bigger paychecks, and more job
opportunities. Housing booms started and, while the economy is leveling off a bit at 3.5% GDP,
Obama, now a feckless Progressive has-been, is trying to stick his finger in the hole to plug the
“Red” leak pouring out over his shoes by Trump’s draining the swamp.
Barak bragged to a mega-crowd of almost two thousand cheering losers in Los Vegas: ”When
you hear all this talk about economic miracles right now, remember who started it.” Well, Barak
It’s not really that hard to remember who started it. His name is Donald J. Trump.
Obama can’t say which of his policies were responsible for Trump’s record low unemployment
numbers. He can’t explain how his “Unaffordable Health Care Act” increased taxes not only on
the rich but on anyone else too, or how he even remotely thought he had reduced poverty. Free
breakfasts and lunches to poor kids is not a plan to reduce poverty. Jobs are!
Actually, Obama’s schemes started falling apart at the 2010 election, continuing in 2012, then
2014 and, finally, when 2016 came and his heir apparent, Hillary, the Criminal, couldn’t close the
deal for Democrats, the whole Progressive shebang went nuts and are still raving mad!
Nothing is mentioned to remind voters about Obama’s foreign policy fiasco’s, the destruction of
Libya, the murder Gadaffie, the “Red Line,” the unholy cash payment to Iran’s mullah’s, the
murders in Behghazi, the Fast and Furious gun running deal to Mexican cartels, etc., etc., & etc.
Obama was a disastrous president for America and Trump is righting the ship of state.
With the next elections only days off, it’s more important now than ever to solidify Republican
seats if Trump’s economy is to flourish. The threat of a Democratic Blue Wave while real is
waning but we can’t take chances. It’s a jungle out there so, beware of Democrats. Remember,

Brian Kemp silent on allowing voters to decide on official English

Pro-English voters should ask questions

A December 2015 Rosetta Stone poll showed that a bipartisan 76% of Georgians support making English Georgia’s constitutional official language. The idea is English as official, not “English only” as goes the portrayal by dishonest opponents.
Policy differences for candidates in the race for Georgia governor may not extend to allowing Georgia voters to decide if the state constitution should be amended to make English the official language of government.
According to an AJC report last week, Democrat candidate Stacey Abrams promised to oppose constitutional official English in the General Assembly as governor and boasted of fighting against allowing voters to answer a ballot question when she was in the legislature.
We thought it surprising that the AJC did not include a quote or position from Republican gubernatorial candidate Brian Kemp on the voter-popular issue, so Wednesday, October 3, this writer sent a policy question and request for a quote to the Kemp campaign.

“Do you support allowing Georgia voters to decide on a ballot question that would amend the state constitution to make English the official language of Georgia government and which would end current practice of offering the written road rules portion of the DDS drivers license exam in (eleven) foreign languages?
If so, will you use the power of the governor’s office to promote that cause for the 2020 election?”
We have not received a response from candidate Kemp. Curious voters should ask him.
All concerned should be aware that Georgia has a 1996 statute in place that makes English the official language, but also says officials can ignore that directive:
“State agencies, counties, municipal corporations, and political subdivisions of this state are authorized to use or to print official documents and forms in languages other than the official language, at the discretion of their governing authorities.”
The concept of allowing voters to have a voice on the matter is quite popular in the Georgia senate. Introduced by state Senator Josh McKoon, in 2016 SR 675 passed the Georgia senate with every Republican member voting “YEA,” But it was not allowed a vote on the House floor.
McKoon’s Resolution created a ballot question voters would have considered that year which read:
“Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended so as to provide that English is the official language of the State of Georgia?”
All persons desiring to vote in favor of ratifying the proposed amendment shall vote “Yes.”
All persons desiring to vote against ratifying the proposed amendment shall vote “No.”
If such amendment shall be ratified as provided in said Paragraph of the Constitution, it shall become a part of the Constitution of this state.”
Most conservatives would like to have the chance to answer that question in November, 2020.
Readers who are not closely involved in Gold Dome politics are likely asking why they have not already been permitted to vote on making official English part of the state constitution. It helps to know that the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce are vehemently opposed to that idea.
It may also help to know that in metro-Atlanta’s DeKalb School District alone, administrators are dealing with students from 180 different countries who speak 140 different languages.
Without a constitutional mandate that English is the official language of government, readers can make their own predictions on how long it is before the angry marches in the streets begin with the demand that government in Georgia accommodate every imaginable language with the cry that “diversity is our strength.”
It seems like something a Republican candidate for Georgia governor would comment on. Comprende?

Short Takes – Coming Up, the SOTU

Tonight, President Trump will give his first State of the Union speech. It should be a doozy. I
expect it to be a complete success because every speech Trump has made has been a signal
success, except to the Marxists acolytes of the media and the Democrat party.
The Democrat party is in disarray. As things are now going, with the departures of many “deep
state” congressmen and senators of both parties, plus the coming departures of many of the
higher echelons of the FBI and the DoJ, complicit in the pro-Hillary, anti-Trump cabal, reflects
that another of Trumps campaign promises is being fulfilled, draining the “Swamp.”
He will not mention these tawdry issues in his speech because the President is focused on
success. He will remind people of his successes with the growing economy, the reduction of the
regulation state, the collapse of Obamacare, the leveling of free trade policies and the legislative
horror that is illegal immigration being reconstructed on his terms. He will focus also on the
necessity of refunding the military to face off against the Islamic forces that endanger America.
This SOTU speech could actually be rather short because the media have already told us
what’s wrong with the present state of the Union claiming that it’s Trumps fault, but they can’t
argue against the growing success that really is Trumps fault. The media continues to deny that
the Democrats and Obama specifically, had any responsibility for the economic success
America is now experiencing.
Trump’s been in office one year and the economy shot off like a rocket. The incompetent,
feckless Obama stepped up and attempted to claim credit for it and was all but was laughed off
the stage. He’s as silly as Hillary and her “Never Ending Story,” who showed up to cheers at the
sad Grammy awards ceremony to continue her screed that she was cheated out of the
Presidency. She’s the gift that keeps on giving. The Grammys turned out to be a far left wing
televised Hollywood political rally to continue the assault on Donald Trump.
The left, under the leadership of the high ranking theologians of the church of Progressive
policy, Schumer, Durbin, Feinstein and Pelosi, are reeling in confusion wondering what’s
slapped them in the face. It was Trump and the SOTU speech should add fuel to the fire that is
consuming them.
I believe the President will be polite to the Democrats inviting them to help him solve the
immigration problem. Democrats will call, as they always do, for “comprehensive bipartisan
legislation” to help those “Dreamer” children remain here and become citizens. Trump will offer
the hand of agreement and they will refuse it. Schumer has already lost that battle but the
deranged far left will badger him into committing another error in calculation.
Trump is anything but stupid. He understands the power of words, maybe not how to use them
himself, but how others use them. “Comprehensive” is a word Trump knows simply means
capitulation to Democrat demands for amnesty. He will not going there.
Finally, the FISA memo may have been released by today. Trump will ignore it. He’s already
made his case against allegations of collusion and, the Mueller Investigation, apart from being
cluttered up with Hillary acolytes, is becoming a bore to the public. Time is on Trumps side. He’s
making America great again.

What has Hollywood Done Now?
Well, well, well, In yet another staged gala event awarding themselves statues and recognitions, The Golden Orbs awards ceremony, filled with Hollywood’s beautiful people dressed in black to make a visual statement about something that irks them, joined together with unbridled enthusiasm to proclaim their new messiah, Oprah Winfrey as their 2020 Presidential choice.
That won’t go well with the Democrats who still have their usual suspects, the elderly Joe Biden, Chuckie Schumer, Barry Sanders, the Indian maiden, Liz Warren, and dementia challenged Nancy Pelosi, hanging around their necks like albatrosses or hangman nooses. No, Oprah is good for preaching the Progressive line, expressing costly empathy for the poor and downtrodden, the illegals and homeless and those living in the shadows, but not as president. That simply won’t do! One presidential disaster is enough to overcome.
Admittedly, Oprah made a wonderfully stirring speech against something or other, the powerlessness of women one supposes, that could be classified right up there with Obama’s speech to the Democratic Party Convention in Chicago a few years ago. That speech, like Oprah’s, quickly brought Obama instant political recognition and then the presidency a few years later which he promptly set about “changing.” Obama was a fascist. Oprah is a products salesman.
For 2020, the elephant in the room is the sitting President, Donald Trump. He is getting things done by setting America back on it constitutional tracks, while being the constant object of left wing media derision, fake news attacks designed to undermine his administration, and personal attacks against his family, his associates and his administration. Oh, hell, attacks against anything Conservative and everything Trump.
The need to make comparisons cannot be ignored. Both Trump and Oprah are very wealthy in their own rights and that recommends them for good business sense. Trumps skills lie in recognizing where money can be made, not out of wacky ideas or from printing presses, but of seeing potential in community growth, offering people what they want and buying property to build structures that will accomplish those goals. He spreads the wealth. So does Oprah, but on a commercial scale of product identification and salesmanship. She’s very good at it.
Other skills Trump enjoys is the ability to successfully negotiate with people, to make them happy with the deal, as well as making his investors happy. That’s called Capitalism and the fall out for it is increased employment for the communities he builds in and taxes for government.
Oprah is wealthy because she knows how to sell products, save her money and spread wealth and happiness to the people she employees and the people she hocks her products to. Not too shabby, and another great example of Capitalism at work. Both are hard workers and it shows,
But Trump also saw how quickly a rogue government can steal a populations economic vitality by ignoring the rules of economics (socialism) through onerous rules and regulations. He sought to correct it by running for President with the expressed purpose of making America great again. The people bought it and he is doing exactly what he promised he would do, like Jesus kicking the money changers out of the temple. 2020 is three years away. Can Hollywood really sell us Oprah? Can she do what Trump has done? That remains to be seen, but don’t bet on it.

Transportation Woes
Leave it to the media to anathematize Trump and Conservatism using any issues that flies by.
The media has become so unscrewed by their hatred of President Trump that, like the NFL, they don’t really see or understand what they are continuing to do to themselves, further tarnish their credibility and diminish their brand name. Now it’s private airplane flights by Tom Price, H&HS Secretary, doing his job that they are attacking. I don’t care.
That Sec. Price used, or had to use, a private conveyance to do his job is a symptom of a problem, not the problem. He asked for and received permission to book his flights so I don’t understand the media’s outrage. The media didn’t express outrage when our Royal Princess, Nancy Pelosi demanded and got, befitting her elitist station, a large Air Force plane to convey her back and forth non-stop to San Francisco every week when she was House Speaker. The media didn’t go berserk when Attorney General Loretta Lynch secretly booked a private plane for her flight to Arizona where incidentally, she accidentally met former president Bill Clinton, also there in his private airplane, to discuss golf and grandchildren. By the way, she doesn’t play golf and has no grandchildren.
The dysfunctional but Progressively obedient media fended off complaints when Obama flew to Hawaii aboard his presidential yacht, a huge fuel consuming 747 costing millions, several times a year not to mention all the other pleasure and campaign flights he took in it. The eight year bill for his highness’s pleasure must have been stupendous but nobody in the media was outraged. Clearly, to do so would have been racist. For Tom Price, it’s “white privilege.”
We haven’t heard one word about the private travel expenses of Obama’s many Czar’s, Department Secretaries, administrators and etc. during the eight years of gracious living they all enjoyed but, one Trump official doing his job, using the most expedient method to do so, and the Leftist media goes completely berserk.
For the media their problem remains. They can sling all the offal their dirty little hands can hold against the wall but nothing sticks because nobody believes ‘em anymore. In fact, nobody really cares because American’s voted in Donald Trump as President and no attack against him, coming from the media’s organs of Leftist propaganda, even from the rear against his appointees, is going to change that.
Every department in the Federal Govt. has a Transportation office. It’s sole reason to exist is to find the least expensive mode of transportation for government officials needing do their job in the most expeditious manner possible. Mostly, almost exclusively in fact, US Commercial Carriers are used for that purpose. Abroad, foreign carriers are authorized as needed.
In order to get that authorization for government travel, temporary duty (TDY) orders have to be cut authorizing the expense, including overnight accommodations. If the overnight is spent on a military installation, including Aircraft Carriers at sea, it still costs money and must be budgeted for. Nothing is free and nobody gets a free ride. It only has to be justified.
Travel expenses are all budgeted a year or more in advance and usually causes no problems. Upon completion of the travel, the official traveler submits a detailed expense voucher, with receipts as necessary, detailing the travel and the expense involved. In the case of Tom Price, some aide is responsible for this task. I used the term TDY, and that’s military jargon so I don’t know exactly how H&HS does it, but, there are only so many dollars budgeted per year for travel and it must be accounted for. The Mean Stream Media doesn’t report those little details. I have no clue how the Obama administration and Hillary did it, but I suspect like everything else they touch, some skullduggery was involved. It’s just a job. The media should get over it.

Trump, the Boy Scouts and Obamacare.
Because the Boy Scouts wear brown uniforms and listened in their thousands to President Trump address their West Virginia Jamboree, as all Presidents have been invited to do, the mean street media has chosen to compare Trump to Adolf Hitler addressing the Hitler Jungend in support of National Socialism. That’s a mean smear of the Boy Scout movement.
Nothing could more asinine then that clumsy media attempt at political comparison. It’s all visual of course, boys in brown uniforms and a strong leader addressing them. The media’s intent had no other purpose, expressed or implied, then to make Trump look like a fascist dictator and denigrate the Boy Scouts as mere Hitler Youths. That the boys cheered wildly is because they realize Trump was returning to them the very reasons of their oath taking pledges.
The last thing in the world Donald Trump could possibly be is a National Socialist. At the Scout’s Jamboree, we saw no torch light marching, no goose stepping around a massive bonfire, no adoration of happy youths singing the Horst Wessel song, Die Fahne Hoch. As usual Trump delivered his prepared speech with a few personal asides thrown in and the press went ballistic.
Obama was closer to being a National Socialist than Trump ever could be, but Obama lacked that killer instinct to make the final important decisions needed to implement and make stick his National Socialists policies. Remember the videos right after Obama’s first inauguration, of a cadre of young negro boys marching into a room, arms swinging like storm troopers, snapping to attention on command and reciting their oaths declaring their total commitment to Obama? Those boys are now eight years older and are still out there. Doesn’t ISIS do the same with their children, brainwashing them into such a hatred of the West that they’re willing to cut throats, wear explosive vests into crowded streets and kill their enemies as directed? Yes!
Obama offered Americans a plate of socialism, like his Obamacare scheme. He supported it by promises that were all lies then left his political minions (the DNC) to carry the ball in his attempt to fundamentally change America. Obama had two full terms to make it happen and he still couldn’t get it done and now his plans are quickly unraveling at the hands of a potent businessman who recognized socialist crap when he saw it and tells the boy scouts why. Too bad three Republican Senators, Collins, Murkowski and McCain, refused to come along.
National Socialism, aka: fascism, is simply one side of the same Socialist coin. Communism, with slight social variations, occupy’s the reverse side. National Socialism (fascism) permits its citizens to own their homes, farms and factories so long as they grow or produce what the state demands. It is better that the citizens concur because outwardly, all seems serene and in agreement. Failure to do so earns a late-night visit by the States Secret Police.
Communism on the other hand, owns everything, homes, farms, apartments and means of production and doles it out to their citizens, like single payer heart care, according to their needs. The Communist State, in return, demands from its citizens their labor according to their ability. Not a good formula for economic development so State bureaucrats set production goals that must be met. Not a happy place to be, “from you according to your ability, to you according to your need.” Both systems promise its citizens a happy Socialist utopia. “Comarads, just do what you are told and be happy about it.” They have a secret police too. Trump makes no such claims. He’s a pure pro American capitalist and told the Boy Scouts that. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now go get ‘em! (28Jul17)

The Democrat Party’s Future?
The Democrat Party, or what's left of it, is desperate. Among its priorities is looking for leadership, someone who can carry the socialist banner against Donald Trump in 2020 and win. Challenging Republican Congressmen and Senators in local elections to change the voting balance in Congress, is next. (see: ”turnoutpac.org” for a rebuke of Trumps programs.)
What are their choices? On one hand, true believers still cling to the flotsam of the shipwreck that was Hillary Clinton’s campaign featuring a near 70 year old relic of a woman closer to an institution than the presidency and, on the other hand, they have the geriatric porn writer and Independent Senator, Bernie Sanders, licking his wounds. Still hiding backstage, looking for a prompt, is the lovely and talented Indian Princess, Elizabeth Warren.
Sanders, whose shockingly compelling socialist driven campaign for the Democrat nomination, nearly upset the DNC’s own coronation plans, even after the fix was in for Hillary. It scared the hell out of ‘em. Because of their shenanigans, Sanders now threatens to split the Democrat party completely asunder. He was naively, but deliberately deceived and cheated by the DNC and he didn’t know it, so he has hardened his own determination and the hearts of his obsessive followers, to change things. Read the book, don’t wait for the movie.
Sanders is an avowed Socialist, not a true Democrat. He will appeal to a large chunk of youthful, once sure democrat voting millennials as he rallies them with the promise that government will become their papa, their mama and their religion and should provide for them all the free stuff they can’t otherwise afford. (I say ‘should’ because, there ain’t no money folks).
The TrainDemocrats.org people are placing their bets on the phony Indian princess, Elizabeth Warren. They have published an on-line survey called the Warren-Leadership- Survey, stating:
“Since Trump became President, Elizabeth Warren has:
•Spoke out on the Senate floor AGAINST Trump’s cabinet picks,
•Gone all in to PROTECT Obamacare from Trump’s attacks,
•And publicly DEMANDED answers on Trump’s ties to Russia….”
“Listen — Elizabeth Warren is leading the charge against Trump. That’s why we’re collecting feedback from a small selection of our supporters on Elizabeth Warren’s leadership.” If you want a bit of fun, go to the Democrat site(s) and take their survey’s.
As demonstrations of leadership, the three items listed about Warrens achievements are basically examples of her being present in chambers when a vote was called. Three key action words, “Against, Protect and Defend” are included simply because they are action words. All politicians do it, even ours. Of concern for Warren however, is the real possibility that voters in her home state may reject her re-election bid for a second six year term. That remains to be seen of course so, we await the results with baited anticipation.
Who else do they have who could possibly stand for POTUS? Count any Democratic Senator or Congressman out. In Hillary’s defeat many have left enough of a trail of nonsense scattered with tidbits of Marxism and Progressive Socialism, that they could hardly withstand the withering questioning of even Chis Wallace of Fox News Sunday, let alone an energized conservative base. Republicans impeding Trump should take warning as well. They can easily be primarried.

Will the General Assembly reverse the 2018 GDOT carve-out on E-Verify for contractor bids?

In last year’s legislative session Republican state Senator Steve Gooch (R-Dahlonega) introduced legislation that gutted the process intended to ensure that the Georgia Department of Transportation hires contractors that are using a legal workforce. In the haste and bedlam of 2018’s Sine Die, Senate Bill 445 sailed through both the House and Senate.
It is notable that SB 445 went through the Senate Transportation Committee, as Senators Brandon Beach, Butch Miller, Frank Ginn and Mike Dugan were bill signers, in that order. All are transportation committee members — with Beach as chairman.
On SB 445, Chairman Beach made it clear in his committee that “it’s a DOT bill” (professional transcription here. – two-minute archived committee video here).
Now that the cat is out of the bag on this caper- and we have a new governor — one “important issue” for the 2019 session should be to see if lawmakers will reinstate the bidding system for GDOT that all other public employers and their contractors are still supposed to follow.
We recognize many readers will view this as a dry topic – the only folks who may have a concern are those who don’t want their taxes used to pay illegal aliens on GDOT projects.
After mandates were put into place in the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 (SB 529) to require all public employers and contractors to use E-Verify, adjustments were made in HB2 of 2009 to deal with the obvious problem that some public contractors were bidding on – and winning – contracts with bids that were based on the cost of black market labor before they swore on an affidavit that they were using E-Verify. This allowed contractors to hire a crew for a job that could not be verified as eligible to work using the E-Verify system, which can only be used for newly hired employees after receiving authorization from the feds to use the online system.
The 2009 solution to this chicanery was to change the law so that bids are not considered unless and until the E-Verify affidavit is presented.
In his quick presentation of the measure, Sen. Gooch told the committee the changes to the GDOT bid rules were being proposed to make life easier for contractors.
“Section 3… makes clear that the deadline for a bidder to supply their signed notarized e-verify affidavit is prior to contract award as opposed to the bid submission. This has caused a problem with some of the contractors that submitted their e-verify affidavits but they didn’t reach to the department either by mail or by other means of delivery in time for the bid, um, deadlines and therefore they were disqualified from bidding on the work. Now essentially requires ’em to submit those E-Verifies prior to the contracts being awarded” said Gooch (emphasis mine).
It is hard to accept that this is a constructive or plausible reason to make changes to the GDOT bidding system, as the existing law is clear that bids and E-Verify affidavits may be submitted electronically. If a contract bidder is indeed an E-Verify user, he can easily send that documentation along with his bid from his computer.
This writer asked GDOT for comment on this curious scenario. One of the questions asked for verification that SB 445 was in fact a GDOT bill, as Chairman Beach told the committee. That question went unanswered.
This is not the first adventure in state law on E-Verify, bids, and contractors for GDOT.

Is Paris Burning?

At the recent G-20 conference in Brazil, the European Union nations kept trying to get our
President Trump to reverse his course of taking America out of the Paris climate accords and
sign back on like a good fellow, and do the right thing, help save the planet.
Trump didn’t and he won’t and in fact, he scoffed at the preposterous notion of man-made global
climate change or of imposing onerous taxes on Americans for no logical reason. The whole
scheme is a wealth transfer scam that demands of the wealthy nations of the industrial world to
pony up their ‘fair share’ of financial support for the poorer nations of the world. Mind you,
The United States already has reduced its carbon emissions footprint far below the levels of any
other country in the world, yet we are still held out as the biggest offenders and they wonder
why we won’t comply. I don’t believe Trump is finished yet! Let’s hear from China and India first.
Already the US spends more money on foreign policy matters much of which it seems ends up
in the private bank accounts of petite dictators. It’s not hard to recognize a scam when we see
it. We give them money and they still vote against us in the UN. Their goal, of course, is worldwide
socialism and they expect we should pay for it. We can thank Democrats for that, and
especially that Obama creature. If Democrats are returned to power, we will.
How are silly schemes like the Paris climate accords, where each nation pledges (not promises)
to reduce greenhouse gases get funded? Easy, by each country enforcing compliance through
increased fuel taxes or, really, the taxing of all carbon producing products, i.e.: fossil fuels.
Well, the once popular young President of France, Manny Macron, did just that. He imposed a
carbon tax on motor fuel and set the streets of Paris on fire. At a stroke, he created a massive
civil protest that has turned deadly violent and quickly went viral with citizens setting fires to anything
on the streets of central Paris. “Is Paris Burning?” You bet it is and the Parisians haven’t
had this much fun since the IFF helped drive out the Nazi’s in WW2.
The French riots over the fuel tax have been going on for three weeks now. Why don’t we hear
about it here? Because the Leftist media won’t report on it. These riots have turned deadly and
ABC, NBC, and CNN refuse to mention the cause of the rioting was directly attributable to
Macrons carbon tax They mislead viewers by calling the riots a “simple fuel tax” or, as ABC’s
World News Tonight anchor David Muir, called it, “rising living costs.” ABC gave the story an
informative full twenty-one seconds air time. On NBC’s website it was reported that Macron said
the increased fuel taxes was part of his effort “to combat climate change,”
However, CBS Evening News did reveal the real intentions of Macrons “fuel tax.” Macron was
‘booed’ as he toured the damaged riot areas. Macron had vowed he “wouldn’t back down on his
fuel taxes aimed at cutting carbon emissions,” Well, guess what, he backed down!
I suspect we don’t hear about the French riots because our homegrown Liberals want a carbon
tax like that too, but are now afraid of igniting similar riotous consequences. Democrats must, at
all costs, protect their plans to impose socialism on America. Everybody agrees to clean air and
water. Who can argue against that? But, if imposed, the Climate Agenda will push America’s
middle class into complete penury and the poor will be crushed totally. We wouldn’t even have
enough loose change left in our pockets to buy the ammunition we’ll need to dissuade the
socialist from their evil plans. Embracing carbon taxes is a fools errand. Don’t do it!
