SLAVERY AND IMMIGRATION
Wednesday there was a “Reparations” hearing in Congress to discuss a payback system for African Americans whose ancestors were slaves. According to some Congress people, they African American descended from slaves were never able to catch up with everyone else here in the United States, therefore, they should have a handout.

Hughes is an African American writer who finds the case for reparations insulting to “put a price” on the suffering of their ancestors. He admitted the horror of the era and told of how he was advised by many of either side not to speak a today’s hearing, yet he felt compelled to give his opinion of why reparations were not necessary.
He felt that trying to make up for the suffering of the past on the people of the present was ineffective, especially in his case as he grew up in a prosperous home and attended an Ivy League school.
This, of course, caused a riotous hally-balloo in the halls of Congress as no one is supposed to have an opposing opinion of a liberal idea.
Fried chicken eating, Democratic Representative and chairman of the hearing, Steven Cohen, called repeatedly for order and allowed that “even if he was presumptive, he still had a right to speak.”
(Cohen probably meant presumptuous, too much chicken in his mouth messed his vocabulary up. Could be that maligning him as he defended him confused the crowd.)
The treatment of this young man is the exact definition of racism. How dare a man of color chastise those who were trying to marginalize all people of color?
Slavery, without rant or rhetoric, is an unforgivable sin, and an abomination.

There were incidents of slavery or indentured servants who did trade their freedom and autonomy for passage to the New World. These individuals did indeed gamble their very lives on the hope of a better future.

An employer was contractually bound to release the person from his or her indenture at the completion of the agreed upon term. Sometimes, this didn’t happen and the people were considered property. As the dishonest employer was deeper of pocket than the servant, the outcome was often not favorable to those who were indentured.

King James II and Charles I led a concerted effort to enslave the Irish. It began when James II sold 30,000 Irish slaves to owners the New World. His proclamation in 1625 stated that Irish political prisoners to be sold to English settlers in the West Indies. The Irish were considered human livestock for English merchants. The initial majority of slaves in the New World were Irish slaves.
If anyone mentions slavery in conversation it is almost a given that it is a reference to African slaves, which is not entirely true.
How it is that no one ever mentions how shabbily treated the Irish were treated by the English monarchs?
The Irish weren’t treated too much better at the turn of the century when the Potato Famine forced so many to immigrate to the United States, even though “donations” to buy ships and passage for the starving people were often death traps when corrupt people were involved in the transactions. Those for whom the charity was intended, never made it to the New World.

Yet the Irish have not formed an” Irish Lives Matter” group or demanded reparations for the years their ancestors spent as slaves or second class citizens.
There were slave owners, who for reasons of conscience, manumitted their slaves. This often earned the undying ire of their neighbors. Another unfortunate part of being a freed slave was that someone could claim them as their property. Being unable to read and write, the free person had to have their manumission papers on them at all times, and be aware of those who would steal or destroy their papers.
Unless Congress is willing to reimburse all of the above types of slavery and their descendants this is yet another liberal tempest in a teapot, and for some, an insult to those who prospered in spite of the odds against them.

The value of a present, active father is often underrated in our society.
However, if you subscribe to some of the liberal thinking taught in Marquette University, you might disagree.
Many fathers are unknowingly practicing “benevolent sexism,” without even knowing it. Gasp! What horrors!
Having been highly influenced by my Dad, a retired chemical engineer, and seeing his teachings reflected in my own daughter, I can honestly say that I think more logically than most. He taught both of us analytical thinking and a boatload of common sense.
I reluctantly attended his classes of, “if you open it, shut it and turn the light off when you leave the room.” These are lessons that I find repeated to my own daughter, much to her displeasure. From my Father, I learned to budget and find sale prices to make money go farther.
I can say without reservation that my Dad was always my biggest fan and supporter. No matter what, no matter who, he has encouraged me to follow my dreams and stretch myself to new limits.
He is the one who gave me my work ethic. He worked every day that he was scheduled to do so. He did not call in sick, except the one week when he twisted his ankle so badly that he could not walk.
He is the voice in my head when I am tempted to call out.
When I was in school and played sick, he would look me dead in the eye and ask, “are you absolutely sure you just can’t make it?” I find that question rolls around in my head repeatedly when I am not feeling one hundred percent well. Ultimately, I decide that I can make it and go in to work anyway.
I believe women have rights. I want equal pay for equal work. It is called “Equity Feminism.”
That being said, there are roles that each sex is suited to do better than the other. Not to say that each CANNOT do both equally, but some things come easier than others.
I would say too that being treated well is a universal want we all have, and that is normal as well.
The love and care a girl receives from her father, and the love and care a boy receives from his mother and vice versa are important.
If both sexes do not see and receive love and affection within the family unit, how are they to build their own adult relationships?
Fathers are not an expendable commodity in the family life. They are key in the development of young men. Sons may be all for their moms until puberty sets in, then most young men seek the guidance of their fathers. This is how they learn to be a man. Hopefully, to learn how to take care of things in a responsible way and have a strong character that has been learned by example.
Gender roles have a purpose. If everyone is carrying their weight equally, no matter how it is distributed, life is easier and better. Children learn cooperation and how to depend on a marital partner and how to be dependable for the same.
Today’s obsession with “toxic masculinity” and “radical feminism” is responsible for the breakdown of families and traditional values, much to our society’s detriment.

May fifth commemorates the victory of the Mexicans over the French army in the Battle
of Puebla in 1862. It was a large victory for Mexico as they were able to defeat a the larger,
better equipped French army of 6500 with a small militia of 4500 men.
It was a short lived victory, as Napoleon III sent more troops from Europe and over a year’s time
was able to install Archduke Ferdinand Maximillian, his nephew, as ruler of Mexico.
It is not Mexico’s Independence Day as many may assume. Mexico’s Independence Day is
September 16. It celebrates Mexico’s independence from Spain. It is as important as our July 4 th
to the Mexican people.
After achieving independence from Spain in 1821, and experiencing subsequent wars thereafter,
Mexico had accumulated a large debt to many countries, France being one. It was for the
supposed unpaid debt that France felt the need to advance its empire. Mexico had reneged on
their debt to England and Spain, which caused these countries to withdraw support, allowing
France to invade.
The United States and Abraham Lincoln were very sympathetic to the Mexican cause, but
because of the Civil War, were unable to offer any real assistance against France.
After France had taken over the government of Mexico, Maximillian and his Empress Carlota
took up residence in Chapultepec Castle.
Chapultepec (cha pull te peck) is the Nahuatl Indian word for “at the grasshopper’s hill,” and
was located in the highest place in the City of Mexico.
The castle was initiated by Viceroy Bernardo de Galvez during the Spanish occupation of
Mexico. It was abandoned during the rebellion between Spain and Mexico, then later being used
for various purposes.
Maximillian brought craftsman and artists, along with various objects of art and furniture from
Europe to improve the castle and make it more livable. He also commissioned a long avenue of
approach and spectacular rooftop gardens.
Today it is a beautiful tourist attraction.
Many find May fifth a good reason to hoist a few and have a fiesta, but there is a real history
behind the beer fest it has become in recent years.

Good ol’ “uncle Joe,” I mean the humble, creepy Joe Biden, the touchy-feely, hair smelling, gaff ridden Joe, not the blood stained uncle Joseph Stalin. Our Joe, cunningly exposed his great weakness (dumb) as a Democrat running for president with his early Thursday morning video announcing his intent to throw his hat in the ring and he did it as an all-in Progressive.
Attacking Trump again as a Nazi supporter for comments on the Charlottesville business, Biden talks about losing our “core values” because of Trump. Whose core values does he mean? the values of the Progressive Left he participated in, and that Trump is shredding? That’s why we voted for Trump. In a word, Joe went all-in as a socialist, repeating lies, slurs and innuendos against Trump in an attempt to capture back their fleeing black vote and the socialist trained voters of the millennial age who are pushing their politics, and politicians, to the far Left.
What about Joe? Anybody who parts their hair in a circle to hide their plugs must have a far different view of the big picture than do the Americans who voted for Trump. Biden has to appeal to today’s youth, blacks, illegals, the weird and strange like the youthful, ‘gay’ politician who speaks clearly and succulently, or the faux Mexican, Beto O’Rouke, who doesn’t? What will Joe do? Will he ‘come out’ as a ‘swisher,’ or will he announce he loves tacos and beans more?
Joe Biden is probably the last living remnant of the old Democrat Party of Scoop Jackson and JFK. He must recall the political tussles between the parties then, but were still dedicated to Americas greatness, not the other guy’s destruction. Joe can’t have been blind to the absorption of the Democrat party by Marxism during the intervening years. If he was, then he’s certifiably ignorant and has no business being a president of anything. But, Joe saw his resurrection and a chance for fame and glory by teaming up with Obama as Vice-President.
What other shadows might be lurking in Joe’s background? Former short-time Trump campaign manager, Paul Manafort is in prison for dealing with the Ukrainians as an unregistered agent of a foreign country. Well, Joe did it too, on his sons behalf, for a multi-million dollar oil deal. Did Joe and his son registered as agents of a foreign country, or does being Vice-President, like being Secretary of State, immunize them from applicable laws? Will they be investigated?
Joe’s in the news right now but don’t bet on him staying there. Or that other silly old white guy whose hair stands straight up, Bernie Sanders, either. The applicable term is “two old white guys.” If the Democrat party wasn’t so radical, and still retained some measure of Americanism and not Socialism their syllabus, one or the other of them might stand a chance. But, even together they can’t pull it off. Imagine, Biden and Bernie, what a combination of incompetence.
In the long campaign ahead, here’s where the Socialist Democrat party want go. They want a woman. best of all, a women of color. That leaves corrupted Senator and former Attorney General of the Socialist State of California, Kamala Harris. But wait, we have another American woman of African descent rising on the horizon, Stacy Abrahams and, if she can’t cut it, and she won’t, there only remains the “one, who they really want, Michell Obama who will be ushered in to raucous cheers of desperate nimrods at convention time as the salvation of an inclusive Socialist America. The logical choice, don’t you think?
Remember this, no matter what Democrat might win, their government will be filled with functionaries of Obama’s deep state, acolytes willing to make America Socialist.

FAKE NEWS OR PROPAGANDA
President Trump has run a constant fight against what he calls the Fake News since the day he came down the elevator in Trump Tower to announce his candidacy.
He has good reason as many of the networks and periodicals have published information on the President, and later are forced to recant it and apologize because the information was incorrect, or just an outright lie.
There is no doubt that they handle the truth carelessly, but is that all that it really is?
It is possible that the news media along with the government in collaboration are trying to spread fake news or propaganda to the American people.
Isn’t that against the law?
It was up until 2013, the year that it all changed. The NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) removed a 1948 ban on the United States government allowing them to release propaganda on its citizens. This action neutralized the Smith – Munt Act of 1948 and the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987.
The NDAA was created with the “purpose” of protecting citizens here and abroad from undue influence of foreign governments on the Internet. What it didn’t mention (outloud) was that it also allowed the government to create and release propaganda on its own citizens.
Most people were not dismayed at the time with this as there was no funding for the government to create and distribute any propaganda.
WAIT – THERE’S MORE
Then President, Barrack Obama signed a bill into law in 2016 for the NDAA that included what was called “Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016.” Though designed to protect the US from foreign entities such as Russia and China, it also allowed the release of propaganda to US citizens. This provided the funding needed to propagate propaganda.
When a falsehood is repeated many times on a form of media trusted by the people, it can become the accepted truth by the public.
When the “fake” news networks repeat “impeachment” 222 times, like they did one day, it makes one feel that some law had been broken and the President was sure to be impeached. On what grounds no one could really say, but that was not important. The repetition convinced many that it was inevitable.
Of course, since the Mueller Report has been released, OBSTRUCTION, is the new catch word.
It is hard for any lawyer to explain how one can obstruct justice, when no crime has been committed. Probably in the LaLa land of Washington D.C., the rules are made up and the law doesn’t matter.
So, if propaganda is okay, how far behind can full censorship and the removal of the First Amendment be?
Actually, it isn’t too far away.

Who decides what is courteous or respectful? Who died and made them king of free speech?
Many might think that Alex Jones is a kook, so who cares? Everyone should care, as this sets a precedence for anyone with an odd idea or theory to be shut down.
The parents of a young man in a Connecticut high school are suing his school because he offered an opinion about a Shakespearean character who was transgender in one of the Bard’s plays.
His conservative views on transgender and same sex marriage were “offensive” to some others in his class. He refused to apologize or submit to suspension as he has First Amendment rights.
Everyone has First Amendment rights to free speech. It is guaranteed in the Constitution.
No one who is offended has the right to usurp another’s free speech rights.
They have the right to be offended, but they also have the right to ignore it or walk away.
The American People must stand up to censorship and propaganda. It is like water on stone, if allowed to continue, it will break down the hardest surface.

Trumps Fearful Hold on Democrats
Some rabid Trump haters may be realizing the fake Russian collusion business is going nowhere. Not all of course, but painful as it might be, some know it’s time to pivot. Their guide still lies with Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicles recommendation to overwhelm the system(s) to the breaking point such as we are seeing at our southern border. So look for Illegal emigration to rise as the next hot topic along side health care, for the poor & indigent including the disease ridden illegals now infecting America with illness thought to be long gone.
Congress is still burdened with its dimwitted politicos like Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, auntie Maxine, et. al., in the Democrat leadership. They are still blowing smoke about the failure of the Special Counsels to indite Donald Trump. Could the Mueller report still be fertile ground to be plowed for new accusations? Nope, ain’t gonna happen! They’ve got to look elsewhere and believe me, they will. Unlike Republicans, they never give up or roll over to the inevitable truth.
The Mueller Report did us a good turn. It revealed, regardless of the MSM’s ignoring it almost totally, that there was indeed criminal collusion, a conspiracy to commit treason. By lying to Congress, lying to Federal investigators and obstruction of justice rising to the level of Treason, a hanging offense, the conspirators created false evidence and narratives of the supposed criminality by Donald Trump. They provided false testimony to obtain warrants (FISA), to stop the Trump threat and protect the real criminality of their kindred spirits, Obama, the Clintons and the elite bureaucrats of the Federal Intelligence and law enforcement community.
When search warrants are requested by investigators, including FISA Warrants, our 4th amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizures “requires” that truthful probable cause, supported by evidence and oath or affirmation, must exist. That oath, given to a judge or magistrate, if knowingly false, constitutes a crime. But Judges can’t always know that and, In Trump’s case FBI’s oaths were believed because they were the FBI, armed with the highest of reputations. For Trump, the FBI investigation fell under the ruse of a counter-Intelligence inquiry. That does not negate the crimes of false swearing they conspired to commit in obtaining their warrants. There can be no possible other course of action here. If Mueller was honest and truthful, then the FBI and their coconspirators in the DoJ, lied to him as well.
What Mueller’s report has done was to destroy Americans faith in our system of federal justice, another point in Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals to take down existing governments. It revealed that a wicked self-serving elite bureaucracy, a “Deep State,” was no longer just a rumor of the tinfoil hat crowd, but is in fact a very real danger to our American representative form of government. Mueller revealed clearly to what depths the Deep State elites will go to protect their elite inner kingdom. They are dedicated to protecting their own because if they don’t they could all hang. The Progressives will (almost) endure any pain, seek any measure of possible influence ore commit any crime, including murder, to stay in power. Watch for the rats to leave the sinking Progressive ship. Brennan has already started with hi “I didn’t know,” nonsense.
How far has the rot of judicial favoritism spread? How about to Obama’s Chicago where an unknown actor in a silly TV soap opera, Jussie Smollett, desperate for notoriety and following right on the heels of the Mueller report serve as an example? Our system of justice can no longer survive leftist favoritism in addressing crimes simply because “they meant well” or didn’t like the candidate(s). So, here’s the real headline: Attention Democrats, the Mueller report is complete and the results are in. “Donald Trump’s your daddy!”

Cultural Marxism, Its Ugly Effect
The obdurate Left, especially the House leadership, as in the Democrat led Judicial and Intelligence committees, as well as their Progressive base, remain completely discombobulated with the ‘shocking’ results (for them) of the conclusion of Mueller’s two years and millions of dollar in expenses spent in an investigation that failed to produce what they wanted, the negation of the 2016 election, i.e.: the removal of Donald Trump from the Presidency.
Their uncontrollable anguish, while signaling the story’s evanescence, also reveals their staunch determination to hang on to the “Collusion” issue despite the Mueller Reports conclusion. To keep the public’s interest actually signals, even to the most casual observer, their desperation at ending Trump’s Swamp draining exercise and their realization that “it ain’t going to happen.”
When the media’s hard news stories, nearly always lies wrapped in deceit and enveloped in authenticity and have run their course, they are going nowhere because they quickly lose a weary, scandal hungry public. Breathless CNN and MSNBC announcements of the Presidents imminent demise that never materialize, soon bores the public to death and the story atrophies, as it should, as does the media’s veracity. It is the media that sets the daily storyline, except when Trump “Tweets,” and nobody will care anymore. We’re there now.
The salacious Trump Collusion story will now, or rightly should, focus on the real criminals, the Obama officials involved in this tawdry treasonous exercise responsible for the Coup against Trump, the Deep State anti-Trump plotters in the leadership roles of the Obama administration specifically in the FBI, DoJ, CIA, DCI and the IRS.
Now unproven allegations based on Clinton’s phony fusion report, from which errant FISA warrants were issued on false pretenses, rumors cunningly crafted and put into operation by James Comey, ensnares a whole host of conspirators that need to face judgement. If Hillary Clinton, the criminal-in-chief, escapes facing justice because of who she is politically, that will signal the end of legitimate rule of law government and opening the door to the only thing left to satisfy true “deplorable” Americans,“finis terminus acquits!.” It will be terrible!
What is the measure of the Left’s anguish? What is so important to them that they will engage in treason endangering their lives and fortunes to stop Donald Trump from draining the swamp? The answer is available if one only looks. On 10 August, 2017, Foreignpolicy.com reported the firing of a White House Staffer NSC named Rich Higgins. In a memo, Higgins revealed the “Deep State” members within the White House,who were working to undermine Trump. The prime reactionary was Trump’s second Nat. Sec/ adviser, Gen. H.R. McMaster, who fired Higgins.
Basically, here is a synopsis of the Foreign Policy story: “National Security Council paints a dark picture of media, academics, the “deep state, and other enemies allegedly working to subvert U.S. President Donald Trump, according to a copy of the document obtained by Foreign Policy.
The seven-page document, which eventually landed on the president’s desk, precipitated a crisis that led to the departure of several high-level NSC officials tied to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. The author of the memo, Rich Higgins, who was in the strategic planning office at the NSC, was among those recently pushed out.”
The full memo, dated May 2017, is titled “POTUS & Political Warfare.” It provides a sweeping, if at times conspiratorial, view of what it describes as a multi-pronged attack on the Trump White House. Trump is being attacked, the memo says, because he represents “an existential threat to cultural Marxist memes that dominate the prevailing cultural narrative.” Those threatened by Trump include “‘deep state’ actors, globalists, bankers, Islamists, and establishment Republicans.”
The memo is part of a broader political struggle inside the White House between current National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster and alt-right operatives with a nationalist worldview who believe the Army general (McMaster) and his crew are subverting the president’s agenda.

Descent into Disarray

I’m not sure if what we see and hear from the Democrats right now is some clever new stratagem designed to amaze and mystify us if not deceive us outright, or might be the manifestation of the realities of life, that nobody wants to hear them anymore. Mass shootings and other social disasters are like iron filings to magnets for the media and the Democrats trying to find some plausible reason to impeach President Trump they can sell to voters.
Of course stories that don’t fulfill their narrative, like the mass murders going on daily in Chicago’s black neighborhoods, are ignored. Murders committed by illegal immigrants already kicked out of America multiple times, are excused for some socially touchy excuse.
This score of Democrats campaigning to replace Donald Trump, are like freaks in a midway sideshow. They tell blatant lies so often that they actually start believing them themselves. The Democrat party has no platform that Americans could rally around, but they have twenty different offerings, all sounding the same theme, ‘get rid of Trump, get rid of guns, abandon your religious beliefs and trust us,’ that not only confuses people, but bores ‘em to death as well. Think “tune out.” Speaking of religious beliefs, if Islam refuses to neutralize their beliefs, and Democrats refuse to chastise them, why then should Christians even consider neutralizing the teachings of Christ? Think about that one.
The Democrats pursuit of Trump is in disarray. What happened to “Mueller?” Two years of wasted money and time only to proved that Donald Trump was right all along. Only Jerry Nadler, the nimrod Democrat committee chairman, still believes there’s hope that the discredited Muller investigation, that treasonous exercise by the Deep States FBI, DoJ and the CIA to overthrow the President, might still contain some fragment of evidence the could sweep Trump from office. He’s delusional and there’s evidence enough to call the ‘white coat detail’ to escort him from his seat as chairman to the nut house. Adam Schiff has already turned cold on Mueller.
To be sure, the Democrat Party of JFK, no longer exists. Today’s party, however they want to call themselves, are dangerous because they’re now openly communist in their philosophies, fascist in their pronouncements and delusional in their beliefs. Americans are in no way Marxist oriented, except perhaps, for the recent graduates from our Marxist infested colleges filling our voter rolls. Where does the Left’s Shock Troops, the black clad Antifa’s, come from? Do they act for the Democrat like Hisbollah and Hamas does for Iran? Just asking!
Apart from lacking ideas, the Democrat Party has become the party of excuses because they have no solutions except first, they need to regain power so they can make society fair by leveling the playing field so that all citizens, rich and poor alike, can suffer equally like we see in Venezuela right now. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? The Democrats are in disarray and are intent on taking the rest of us down with them.
But enough of disarray, how about corruption? Once, it took old time politicians several years in congress to become corrupt and amass the wealth that made them millionaires in retirement. Radical activist AOC, a pole dancing socialist bar tender, inside of one year as a freshman congress-woman, has already skimmed off more than a million dollars in campaign donations to satisfy her lust for fine living. Well, reportedly, her Chief of Staff, author of the Green New Deal, actually did it but the buck stops with her. It does for everybody else.

Easy Credit, America’s Tar Baby

While the Democrats are spinning out of control and the media is focused on Trump’s destruction, and fake news fills our TV sets, let’s take a look at a serious issue facing us.
Okay, America is a mess, politically, socially, and economically. Yes, the economy is humming along and jobs are widely available, but the money is phony. We are pawns in the hands of the world bankers and money manipulators, dependent on them for every dollar we think we earn and spend when every dollar really only represents our personal IOU note of debt to them! In effect we exist by debt and deficit spending, in other words, easy credit!
So, why has this practice of living off credit/debt become so common and why has it been allowed to continue? First, any changes to existing laws on spending limits, etc. requires a legislative process! But alas, politicians, being the parasites they are, benefit from the existing monetary system. Their greed and avarice is boundless. Why do you suppose that poor politicians retire wealthy after only a few years in service but a soldier doesn’t? Their well-paying conflict of interest schemes are solidly entrenched and once new politicians are compromised, they’re in forever like getting stuck on that ol’ Uncle Remus’s Tar Baby.
Several questions arise. How do we find honest politicians? Terms limits have been proposed but no politician worth his life, would sponsor such a bill or, if he did, it would never get an affirmative vote. That’s how democracy really works. We vote the crooks in ourselves and they vote for themselves.
Draining the Swamp, as Trump promised, was a harder task than expected. Trump promised to do it and he’s working on it but, anyone without Trump’s personal strength to resist the constant scurrilous political attacks against him, would have been gone weeks after their inauguration. Instead, because of Trump’s strength, the failed FBI coup using that swamp scoundrel, the honorable Robert Mueller as its spear point, actually exposed the worst of the decadent DC Swamp Creatures proving the Deep State does exist. They should be gone soon.
Trump’s arrival, a complete shock to the DC political system threatens their money machine so carefully crafted over the past decades; but, that money machine itself has changed. Today we are totally dependent on the commercial private bank system, including the Federal Reserve as every dollar in circulation is a borrowed one. What makes the system work is the continued printing of valueless fiat money and dispersing it rapidly into the system with low interest rates. There’s that tar baby again! Maybe we should invest in green ink.
When banks print debt money we prosper; when they don’t, we’ll see recession and hard times. Once we understand what’s in the empty cash bucket were looking into, it seems we’re in a hopeless position to the point of absurdity and yet, all the signs and warnings are out there for us to see, just garbled up and papered over to confuse us.
Does our system of economic debt portend America’s demise? Will it happen before Islam gets here and our wealth lies in the camels we own? Are we capable of repairing the situation or do we still rely on our elected, mostly corrupt politicians, to do the right thing?
Who has a vested interest in not wanting changes? Well, tax accountants for sure. Politicians of course, and special interest groups because it’s all about money. It’s their vested interest in wealth creation and It’s scandalous yet, we’re moved to do nothing. That’s how revolutions are born, out of politicians doing nothing.
Most folks look to the Fed to solve the credit/debt crisis. Can it? No! It would be impossible as the banksters created it. All this subprime lending and collateralized debt was a scam from the beginning. There is no added value anywhere. Everything in America is paper shuffling. It’s a paper bubble empire backed by paper fiat money. It has to eventually shake itself out or collapse, if not this time it will come later, during most of our lifetimes, i.e.: soon!
How do we get good people to send up there? How do we recruit, vet and elect intelligent, yet courageous people who are smart enough not to get entrapped in the tar baby morass that is the political cash machine and yet not be afraid to confront the Progressive kill machine that is the Marxist Democrat party? Don’t be fooled. They might be in disarray, but they’re not retreating in confusion.

Our Descent into Darkness

With each mass shooting perpetrated in our society upon wholly innocent men, women and children, the Marxist Democrat propaganda arm, feigning faux outrage, immediately points the bony finger of blame at Donald Trump. Why? Because they have nothing left in their quiver and he has them beat in the public arena with the truth and logic.
Americans are becoming inured to the shock that is now the too frequent indiscriminate murders in public places of American citizens. The loony reactions of the media to these bloody events is convincing Americans that they cannot be trusted because we now know they lie, obfuscate, hide the truth, report out of context the truths, and are in fact, the most complicit agency in leading Americas Descent into Darkness. Why does the media not care about the mass daily killings in Chicago, Baltimore and other Liberal American cities or the murders of babies in the daily gross lots? Just asking!
It’s a last act of desperation for an industry that openly took sides in the political war that will decide Americas future, and tried to hide it. They are leading our descent into a life that will be one of misery and despair, a la Venezuela and Cuba, while attacking Trump who is polishing up the “Shining City on the Hill” image of Ronald Reagan.
The media has lost, like the FBI has, the trust of the American people. We’re not as stupid out here as they believe we are. For decades we’ve passively watched as the nice, pleasant sounding, siren voice of Socialism’s doctrine of “fairness and multiculturalism,” crept into our daily lives, then morph into screeds of white privilege, reparations, wealth redistribution and white shame, and slowly supplant our original values of independence, self-reliance, property ownership and individual achievement, the beginning of our descent into darkness. Happily, Americans are waking up but, that could portend more violence.
Trump “tweets” the truth and they can’t abide it. They have no retort except to scream louder, try to identify every supporter of President Trump as demonic white supremacists, tea party black folks hating, far right wing radical racist, even before the facts of events are ever revealed. If not, they’re simply made up. “Never let a good tragedy go to waste.” The word “racist” has lost its sting so watch as ‘white supremacists’ replaces ‘racists’ in daily print.
In the El Paso murders, I agree. It was a Hispanic hating young white youth who surrendered to police instead of dying by his own hand or confronting the police in a futile shootout. This man was a coward. The Dayton murderer on the other hand, was demonstrably an evil, demonic person who expressly believed in the socialist ideals of Bernie Sanders and the Squaw woman, Elizabeth Warren. Yet no one blames those two politicians for the murders. Indeed, when his political affiliation was discovered his whole background story was just dropped from the front page of the Democrats propaganda arms. Another blow to fairness.
The Left’s media propaganda machine, always seems to be a step ahead of the dimwitted Democrats in pursuing the lies of “white supremacy,” the new code word for “racism.” All the Democrat presidential candidate especially the spavined Joe Biden, are trying very hard to brand President Trump, and by inference, the rest of us, as far-right wing, lunatic fringe “racists” that should be attacked and openly killed. The Black Lives Matters nimrod, screaming out her hate toward Mitch McConnell’s home, calling for him to be stabbed in the heart, makes my case. The Antifa’s who show up at street protests hooded and masked have done just that.

State law requires DPS agreement with ICE and ten officers to be trained annually

Updated in 2011, Georgia law requires the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to negotiate an agreement with ICE to be 287(g) authorized and to designate no fewer than ten peace officers to be trained for the program – every year.
For the unaware, 287(g) is a federal program that allows certain local or state law enforcement officers to act as immigration agents on a limited basis.
Despite the law (HB87) passed by the General Assembly and signed by then Governor Nathan Deal, DPS is not on the list of law enforcement agencies that are 287(g) “Participating Entities” with ICE. “As of July 2019, ICE has 287(g)… agreements with 79 law enforcement agencies in 21 states,” we are told – but not with DPS.
DPS did have an ICE agreement (MOA) but it was canceled when the re-elected Obama administration scaled back the program at the end of 2012. But, DPS could easily have reapplied after Obama left office. See the letter response from DPS the commissioner to a curious then state senator here.
ICE is open for business on 287(g) now and has been since January 2017
As one of his first acts after being sworn in to office, President Trump issued an Executive Order titled ‘Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States’ in which he made it clear that the 287(g) program was high on his priority list to attack the nation’s illegal immigration crisis.
“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.), and in order to ensure the public safety of the American people in communities across the United States as well as to ensure that our Nation’s immigration laws are faithfully executed, I hereby declare the policy of the executive branch to be, and order, as follows:… “The purpose of this order is to direct executive departments and agencies (agencies) to employ all lawful means to enforce the immigration laws of the United States.”
The president’s Executive Order had 17 sections. Because the Nathan Deal administration ignored it, people in the current executive branch of Georgia state government may want to pay extra attention to Section 8, which reads in part:
“Federal-State Agreements. It is the policy of the executive branch to empower State and local law enforcement agencies across the country to perform the functions of an immigration officer in the interior of the United States to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
“In furtherance of this policy, the Secretary shall immediately take appropriate action to engage with the Governors of the States, as well as local officials, for the purpose of preparing to enter into agreements under section 287(g) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1357(g))….”
The Executive Order can be read in its entirety here and the accompanying memorandum signed by then DHS Secretary John Kelly that implements the Trump EO can be read here.
The 287(g) program has different ‘models’ – one for use inside jails, (the Jail Enforcement Model) another more narrow arrangement called “Warrant Service Officer Model”- and one for use by law enforcement who are carrying out their normal duties outside jails – think of it as a “street model – formally known as the “Task Force Model.” Readers who want more information on the details can see here.
Georgia’s DPS had the Task Force model. I am informed by ICE that currently there are no Task Force model agreements in place. DPS can change that fact.
There appears to be no reason for DPS not making a valid attempt to regain the 287(g) authority it is mandated to have in place by re-applying to ICE.
We sent an open records request to DPS asking for copies of any such application and received a negative reply.
I also sent a detailed formal media request for comment for this write-up to DPS and got back only “we are in receipt of your request” but as of this writing (July 23, noon-ish) have not received any comment, explanation or denial of our assumption that DPS is in violation of state law. If this is not the case, we are anxious to hear why.

In a state with more illegal aliens than green card holders, we are even more anxious to hear from Governor Brian Kemp (404-656-1776) about why – law or no law – DPS is apparently not taking advantage of the clear 287(g) expansion push from President Trump to enhance public safety.
And how this fits in with Kemp’s “Big Truck” campaign pledge on the crime of illegal immigration.
We expect that once educated, pro-enforcement voters will be equally curious.

Democrat Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi is in California conniving with the fruitcake politicians at the California Democrat State Convention. Succumbing to the raucous chants of “Impeach, Impeach,” Nancy was obligated to agree to move in the direction of impeaching Donald Trump. Every story has a “but” behind it. But, hidden in the context of her rhetoric, she argued for building an “ironclad case” to begin impeachment proceedings against Trump.
It will die there because Nancy knows she will never, ever obtain anything “Ironclad” to remove the President let alone place a case before Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, that would even be considered let alone voted on. That leavers her the excuse she needs to beg off and do nothing, and she knows it.
The Democrats impeachment mantra, if pursued, very probably may destroy the Democrat Party as we know it. In the debris left in the wake of its demise, there will still be the radical Progressives, including most of those now running to be Democrat candidate to replace Trump. The slogging will be long, hard and arduous because they have no plans to carry America forward, except socialism. They are bereft of any vision to increase America’s productivity to levels higher than President Trump has brought them. They have nothing and they will lose!
The Democrat Party has work like termites in an old house to eat the core out of what made America Great. The great Termite Party made welfare a Right, not education to learn and advance, but a necessity to survive. Welfare was used specifically to enslave Americans of African Descent by destroying the Black nuclear family. The male head of the family must be employed or not in the household, otherwise, no welfare for the family. Thus, we have still have single Black mothers as heads of household with the uninvolved male hanging around to breed, leaving the fatherless household without male guidance, without hope and no future.
As a remedy, the party of Termites inflicted upon us their “Affirmative Action“ scheme thus reducing the quality of American production and all but destroying Americas once thriving “work ethic.” By their Progressivism, they have turned Americas Judeo-Christian codes of social morality to dust by characterizing Christian churches and the families who attended them as ignorant “clingers.” To compound the rot, the Termite Party has intruded into nearly every American youth program to modify children’s behavior by glorifying homosexuality, perversion and transgenderism as natural acts of love, debasing at the same time any moral objections on the grounds a silly premise and a false notion, It’s the “I’m okay, you’re okay!” mantra.!
To the rising crescendo of “Impeach, Impeach,” apart from her idiotic anti-Trump comments, Pelosi said: “President Trump will be held accountable for his actions. In the Congress, in the courts, and in the court of public opinion, we will defend our democracy.” When the said: “Our Democracy” she treads on a narrow path. Conservatives, especially those few left in the Republican Party, should cease using the word Democracy. The Democrats have ruined it, like the word “Gay!” Democracy means majority rule. The word is not found in the Constitution. Simply put, Democracy is “two wolves and a sheep discussing what to have for dinner.”
The Termite Party never expected the results of their rigged 2016 election. They got instead, a non-politician with practical business acumen to Make America Great Again and their program to “democratize” has thrown them totally off kilter. In their futile attempts to repair the damage, they only expose more of their hypocrisy. How do we get rid of Termites?

Who Should Govern, POTUS or Judicial Activists?
America is returning, kicking and screaming all the way, to the old original ideas of American Constitutionalism. Progressives, having been so successful for so long in altering the American mind and reducing American culture and moral standards to the levels of dysfunction, that they have come to assume that governing is their divine right because they’re good at it, and should never be challenged. Well, it’s being challenged! We voted for Trump, not a Federal Judge.
In their diligence to achieve for America the Utopian goal of a Marxist society, like the one that worked so well for Russia, they’ve left no stone unturned to protect their flakes by placing Marxist thinking judges on Federal benches where their political mischief could halt any turn of the law inimical to the Left’s goals of mongrelizing America.
This week, in a frenzy of crazed decision making, a Federal Judge in the Socialist State of California, blocked Trumps order to use DoD funds to fund the wall. This judges draws on the “Separation of Powers” as the anchor for his decision. He wrote: “The position that when Congress declines the Executive’s request to appropriate funds, the Executive nonetheless may simply find a way to spend those funds ‘without Congress’ does not square with fundamental separation of powers principles dating back to the earliest days of our Republic,” What I take from this is that It’s more important to find specific Congressional funding than to protect America. Federal Judge Haywood Gilliam of the Northern District of California was an Obama appointee. What would happen if the President should stop funding this judges court?
In February, Trump declared a national emergency. The goal was to obtain funding for the border wall since Congress was unwilling to protect America’s borders. If Trumps order was simply an arbitrary one, I might agree with the Judge but, America is being invaded by unskilled peasants, drugs, disease and criminal gangs so, I don’t agree with the Judge. His ruling stood against Border Security, in favor of crime, drugs and human trafficking.
Judge Gilliam also opined: that “”Congress’s “absolute” control over federal expenditures—even when that control may frustrate the desires of the Executive Branch regarding initiatives it views as important—is not a bug in our constitutional system.” Other Federal Judges, as we know, have stymied other of Trumps initiatives, even his trying to stop illegal ones that never made it into law, like Obama’s illegal “DACA” program.
How the progressives have been changing America, like the DACA thing, among others, is to appeal to our personal feelings, featuring heartbreaking and woebegone tales of manufactured anguish that alter our attitudes to rebel against heartless laws made by dead old white men. If we continue in this mode, America is doomed to socialism.
Remember, in his empathetic appeal to “Dreamers”, Obama said we had to let ‘em stay because, “It’s who we are!” That’s a shame because it’s not who we are, it’s who they’ve conditioned us to be. We do have laws that are simply being brushed aside because these hoards of poor downtrodden useless peasants swarming our southern borders “just want to enjoy the American Dream.” Well, the American dream doesn’t include welfare, free housing over unhoused Americans, free education for their children or free healthcare you and I have had to pay for out of our monthly salaries all of our lives. I’m getting sick and tired of this Socialist BS and the Federal Judges who promulgate it. Lets have an expedited appeal!

“Just Cut it Out”
I was flabbergasted when I read a comment, by a CNN reporter of all people, who wrote: “the Mueller report looks bad for Obama.” It was an opposing opinion (Op-Ed) by Scott Jennings, who I presume may soon be looking for a new situation.
The reason he said it is not because it was a revealed secret or a passed over comment found in some obscure document, but because it stemmed from a comment that fell from the lips of former President Obama himself, that seals the deal. When Obama learned the Russian’s were really hacking or trying to hack into American internet systems, and was asked about it in a public news conference, passed the issue off by acknowledging he knew about it and told Russia’s Premier Putin: “to just cut it out.” And that was the end of that, until the Mueller Report came out this week concluding an investigation that began in 2014.
That so called investigation of 2014 was, in fact, the first action pre-emptive assault to protect Obama’s legacy from Republican attacks, like a “frogmen” sneaking up on a beach before an attack to lay traps and collect information. Mueller’s appointment, after Trump became President, was akin to the noisy beach landings of a full force attack on the enemy. As it turns out the enemy is us, or at least those designated to protect us, the FBI, DoJ, DCI and the IRS.
This all happened on Obama’s watch. He cannot deny it and the press won’t report it, but Scott Jennings did and he pulled the scab off the wound. If Hillary had won, It wouldn’t have made any difference, but she didn’t, and now it’s the SHTF moment and it’s fun watching the rats scurrying for cover. DC is the place now for a good lawyer to sharpen his spurs. $$$$!
Apart from the Mueller Report exonerating our President from accusations of colluding with the Russians and interfering with a criminal investigation (obstructing justice), just what have we learned? Well, Obama’s incompetence as a President for a start. His inept posture toward Russia’s Putin, driven by his criminal behavior in his nuclear negotiations with Iran, even to bribing them with billions in ransom money under the guise of repayment of their own impressed funds, a deal that was a singularly disastrous foreign policy act which President Trump recognized immediately as inimical to the best interests of America and ended. So was Obama’s Arab Spring nonsense, his Libyan disaster, his Fast & Furious debacle and Obamacare, among others.
People are going to prison. Bet on it! In their earnest efforts to find, or create a crime which they could hang on Trump to impeach him, the FBI and the DoJ exposed themselves to be as equally inept as criminals as Obama was a president. Their very acts over two years doubtless must fall within the definition of a “conspiracy to commit treason.” Who can deny it, yet, the feckless Democrats, as all villains are want to do when they lose, attack the messenger.
AG, Bill Barr didn’t investigate Trump or his campaign, Mueller did! FBI Dir. Comey, conspiring with his henchmen, McCabe, Strzok, Lynch, Page, Brennen, Clapper, & et.al., launched the coup attack against Trump as a full fledged assault to disallow the vote of the American people. That was criminal. Even at this very minute Democrat dumbass, Adam Schiff, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, continues to insist that Trump colluded with the enemy and he had proof. Where is it and what was this whole exercise really about, anyway? There is no proof. It was an exercise in hiding Obama’s incompetence and his administration’s failures. So, to you Democrats, I say: “just cut it out!”

CAN BILLIONAIRES STILL BUY BERNIE?
In Asheville, NC, a traditionally artsy town that was once home to many citizens of extremely old money, such as George Vanderbilt, a 2016 bumper sticker is still displayed on an SUV that said, “Billionaires Can’t Buy Bernie.”
In 2016, Hillary Clinton carried the state in the primary, but Bernie Sanders has a large following as well. He appeals to the young, the alternative life stylers and those who believe Utopia could be achieved if only Conservatives, Capitalists and Republicans would get out of the way.
This bumper sticker raises the question:
Who might possibly pay for Bernie Sanders’ campaign? He is not self-funded, so he must have some backers.
Who is Bernie Sanders and what is he about as a Senator, Congressman and presidential hopeful?
Bernie Sanders is serving his second term in the US senate after winning reelection in 2012 with 71% of the vote. His 16 years in the House of Representatives makes him the longest serving independent in Congressional history.
He graduated from college in 1964, but not much is mentioned about his early career before becoming a politician. His first job was at 40 years old when he became Mayor of Burlington Vermont.
However, he denies being a career politician, even though he has 25 years of service between the terms in the Senate and the House.
Being that donations to campaigns are of public knowledge, it might be that billionaires are the ones supporting Bernie, along with the affiliates of the many, many unions who are contributing money to his campaigns.
The conclusion could be drawn that Sanders has the support of the working person looking at these lists of donors as union members make these donations, not the actual union.
How is that accomplished? Are there funds withheld from paychecks earmarked for political campaigns? Are there fund-raising rallies in which members of the union are invited to and encouraged to donate?
The final question is, who are the heads of these unions, et. al?
One donor on the list for $5000.00 and $10,000 respectively is MoveOn.org.
This is a George Soros backed group. The MoveOn.org organization has been tied to training some of the rioters that shut down Donald Trump’s Chicago rally.
Hmmm, George Soros is a billionaire. Isn’t that is interesting? That’s one billionaire.
Another controversial point is that Sanders swears that his followers didn’t go to disrupt Trump’s rally. Perhaps not directly, maybe these Sanders followers could be guilty by association.
Another donor is Microsoft Corporation. Isn’t Bill Gates a billionaire?
Where is the money and power behind these respective unions, whose “affiliates” have made donations?
For example, the CWA is actively behind Bernie. The Communications Workers of America represent more than 70,000 different companies in different fields. Workers, the Print and Publishing and Media workers, the National Association of Broadcasting Employees and Technicians to name a few.
There is a real possibility that some billionaires own or have interest in some of these companies that provide airline services, and media services, etc.
Rupert Murdoch is a billionaire. He founded Fox News Channel, News Corporation and more. That would encompass media and communications.
Richard Dean Anderson is the CEO of Delta Airlines, but only receives $17.6 million a year from this carrier. He is, however, associated with 251 board members, in 10 different organizations across 11 different industries. His net worth is only $31 million, so he isn’t a billionaire, yet. Delta would have a union of flight attendants and pilots.
So far, at least 3 billionaires, just for examples.
Perhaps this bumper sticker was false advertising, as three examples of individuals whose net worth is over a billion would qualify as Billionaires.
It remains to be seen if the same billionaires will support Bernie in 2020. His recent tax returns show that he is a millionaire in his own right.
Seems rather hypocritical to use the rhetoric that he is only for the working person.

No matter how the package is wrapped, how sweet and sensible sounding the charming words that fall from candidates lips are, always keep in mind the end goal of the Democrat party is to destroy America’s representative government, its constitution and its values, to create in its place another failed Communist empire but, on a world wide scale. The Democrat party is now totally Socialist and moving rapidly further to the left as more radicals infiltrate its ranks.
One such serpent is the former mayor of South Bend Ind. Greg Buttigeig, a sweet talking, sensible sounding, young politician, with administrative accomplishments in his resume’. Like the snake dispensing forbidden apples, he could win!
The other Democrat candidates lining up for their party’s primary approval are exposed as rotten apples having already employed the party’s pernicious techniques of spreading lies, falsehoods and innuendo’s against anyone and everyone who does not tow their ‘politically correct’ line, whether they be bloggers on internet sites, network news readers, entertainers, other politicians or simply folks who write their concerns to their local newspaper editor.
Among the more visible Nimrod’s with presidential aspirations are the three B’s of political fantasy: Beto, the Irish Mexican, Biden the Elder of the free hands, and long past his shelf life due date, and Bernie, the house hoarding socialist. All are open to examination.
Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke, aka: Roberto Francisco O’Rouke will, like a single candle in the wind, soon be puffed out because he say’s idiotic things. But one must wonder, by what measure of competence did he manage to snatch six plus million dollars out of the ether on the first day of his announcement? How about George Soros? It simply cannot be true that the multitude of “deplorable’s” in fly over country, all at once, ponied up that much cash, in a single day, to start his campaign for president. Something’s amiss here, for sure and it ain’t apples.
The rapidity of amassing a campaign chest of that magnitude from individual donations, is clearly not in the cards. Unquestionably the stipends came in the form of gracious endowments by progressive billionaires who see in ‘Beto’ the best bet of a Democrat replacing Donald Trump. I don’t think they really believe it can happen though, until 2024, so this is preparation only, a test run as it were, like polishing up that ol’ apple.
Improbably, should “Beto’ win the Democrat Primary, I can hardly wait for the first debate. One wonders what nickname Trump will permanently affix to Beto’s persona, ya know, like he did to “Little Mario,” and “Low Energy Jeb,” that sort of thing? But, Beto is perceived as popular and he ran a near race against Ted Cruz (a legitimate Latino), for Texas Senator, losing by three points. Should we hold a contest for a best nick name for “Beto?”
A quiet hush fell the other day, news wise, after an honest Reuters journalist revealed that years ago, Beto harbored a deep pathological problem about killing little children playing in the street with his car. A pre-campaign revelation of this nature should crush poor Beto like an order of refried beans in a taco shell. It was also revealed he was a member of a youthful gang of intellectual “hackers” who did much damage. So, we can presume I suppose, he has a good technological mind even if it does involve running down little children on the street with his car.
Remember freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way, Now, go get ‘em!
