Fully Equipped Ford Explorer is presented to Sheriff Ken Henderson by The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety

The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety Liaison, Ed Weaver and Coordinator, Chief Michael Earley presented to Sheriff Ken Henderson of the Towns County Sheriff’s Office, a fully equipped Ford Explorer for their dedicated commitment to the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety at no expense to the taxpayers.
According to the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, Sheriff Ken Henderson and his staff have relentlessly made a significant impact on highway safety and keeping our community safe.
The vehicle is marked differently than the other Sheriff’s Office vehicles. It is blue and displays the Towns County Sheriff’s Logo, along with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety logo.
Sheriff Ken Henderson is very appreciative to the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety for the vehicle, stating this reflects highly on our commitment to highway safety initiatives and for keeping our community safe. Through our proactive approaches, this vehicle will be an additional resource to the Sheriff’s office to better serve our community.
