YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – On Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, Towns County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Dollar General in Young Harris in reference to a reported incident involving an act of public indecency at the store.

Upon arrival, deputies located the suspect.  Sheriff’s deputies arrested Darwin Pena Diaz, 31, of Young Harris, Georgia, charging him with one count of public indecency, one count of theft by taking and one count of obstruction of an officer.

As in all cases, Diaz is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
