PRESS RELEASE – On Tuesday, June 25th, the Towns County Sheriff’s Office uniform patrol officers were conducting concentrated patrols, and a traffic stop was conducted on Hwy 76 at Anderson Bridge.
K-9 Drago was deployed to conduct a free air search and alerted. Probable cause was established to search the vehicle and an amount of psychedelic mushrooms were located and confiscated.
Andrew Sean Martin, age 29, Clarksville, GA was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
