Mr. Paul Alexander DiNonno age 70 of Young Harris passed away on Monday August 29, 2016 at his home following a long illness. Mr. DiNonno was born on Nov. 26, 1945 in Queens, NY., the son of the late Phillip DiNonno and the late Marie Kriger DiNonno. Paul loved fishing and being outdoors. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather. Paul was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blairsville.
Surviving Mr. DiNonno are three daughters, Merianda Cruse of Young Harris, Paula Lirette of Blairsville, Laurel Bennett of New York, two sons, Scott DiNonno of Poughkepsie, NY., John DiNonno of Culpepper, VA., two sisters, Pat Flynn of Hobo Junction, NY., Marie DiNonno of NY., thirteen grandchildren, Jordon Johnson, Joseph Douglas, Chelsey and Michael Lirette, Jimmy, Danielle, Shannon and Nicole Bennette, Justin, Christopher, Kaleigh, Carmon and Jeden DiNonno, one great grandchild, Chance Schenhoffer, many other relatives and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mtn. Shelter in Paul’s memory. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
