Alpharetta United Methodist Church Donate Buddy Bags

Tuesday, March 14th, two members of Alpharetta United Methodist Church, Pam Schiftic and Susan Garrard, came to visit and donate Buddy Bags from the church’s Buddy Bag Ministry. Each bag contains both a handmade bear and blanket along with various books and crayons.
Towns County Sheriff’s Office deputies will have these available when responding to a call for service, should a child be involved in a frightening situation.
Sheriff Ken Henderson is excited for our deputies to have these available. Sheriff Henderson would like to thank both Pam and Susan for making the long journey to deliver these, as well as a thank you the members of Alpharetta United Methodist Church for their dedication to the children of our community.
