Foster Neil Card, age 76, of Hiawassee, Georgia went to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 10th 2019 after an extended illness. Foster was born June 27, 1943 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He was a native of Spokane, Washington until retiring from Allied Fencing Company and moving to Hiawassee in 2010. He attended Mt. Pleasant Church of God. Foster loved western movies especially John Wayne and old music such as Waylon Jennings. He was a cowboy, tough guy who lived his life his way. He liked fishing, fast cars and fast women.
He was proceeded in death by wife, Barbara Card; son, Timothy Card; mother, Cleo Casey; sister, Darlene Gilbert and father, Foster Card.
Surviving are sister, Betty McDonald of Spokane WA; son, Michael (Missy) Card of Young Harris; daughters, Kim Card of Spokane and Melanie (George) Hargrove of Spokane; seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Family service will be in Spokane, WA at a later date.
