Keto diet support group forming in Hiawassee

A Healthier You is forming a support group to encourage healthier eating habits.
The first meeting will be held Thursday, November 29, at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Christ the King Church in Hiawassee.
A brief talk on the LCHF (low carbohydrate healthy/high fat), also known as the Ketogenic diet, will be followed by discussion/questions, and hopefully, answers.

Future topics will be how LCHF helps type 2 diabetes, blood pressure issues, arthritis, Alzheimer’s and more. 

Come join in and bring your friends.  All are welcome.
