HIAWASSEE, Ga. – Earlier this afternoon, Tuesday, Oct. 16, an older male driving a Hummer vehicle plowed through the storefront of Eller Electronics at 563 North Main St. in Hiawassee.
According to the driver’s account to responding law enforcement, the driver’s foot became caught on the accelerator pedal, causing the vehicle to collide with the business.
No injuries were reported.
