Young Harris search warrant leads to three arrests

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – Towns County Sheriff’s Office investigators, along with deputies, executed a search warrant Friday, May 25, at a residence located on Pat Plott Road in Young Harris, Georgia.

The following suspects were arrested at the residence and charged with the following offenses:

Thomas Dewey Duckworth, 42, of Young Harris, Georgia
1 Count Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute
1 Count of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act,
Possession of Methamphetamine
1 Count of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act,
Possession of Drug Related Objects
1 Count of Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a Crime

Amber Michele Graham, 21, of Young Harris, Georgia
1 Count Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute
1 Count of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act,
Possession of Methamphetamine
1 Count of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act,
Possession of Drug Related Objects

Emily Ann Anderson, 22, of Hiawassee, Georgia
