Unidentified male sought for questioning

Clay County Sheriff’s Investigators are interested in speaking to the man depicted in this sketch as he may have been the last person to have seen Popa alive. The man is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches in height with a medium build, and “buzzed cut” brown hair.

Law enforcement officials believe an unidentified third-party may have delivered gasoline to the vehicle.
