YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – On Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, Towns County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffery Dale Plott, 46, of Young Harris, Georgia, charging him with one count of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, for possession of methamphetamine.
The arrest was made on Byers Creek Road in Young Harris following a traffic stop involving a black Toyota Tacoma pickup. The Georgia State Patrol assisted Towns County deputies during the traffic stop.
