HIAWASSEE, Ga. – Towns County Sole Commissioner Cliff Bradshaw informed FetchYourNews that the Transfer Station located on Sunnyside Drive in Hiawassee now offers four recycling bins for electronic waste, such as computers, televisions and cellular phones.
Recycling is encouraged and free of charge.
Hours of operation are:
Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The Transfer Station is closed on Fridays and Sundays.
