Mr. Cecil L. Rhinehardt, age 88, of Young Harris, Georgia passed away on February 13, 2017. Cecil was born on January 01, 1929 to the late Oscar Levi and Bessie Corene (Sargent) Rhinehardt in Murphy, NC. He was a member of the Stephens Lodge #414. Cecil was preceded in death by his brother, O.L. Rhinehardt II and sisters, Ann Lee Rhinehardt Segrest, Clara Bell Rhinehardt Turpin, and Daphney Rhinehardt Thomas.
He is survived by brother and sister-in-law, H.L. and Ruby Rhinehardt of Young Harris, GA; brother, J.L. Rhinehardt of Bristol, TN; sisters, Betty Dyer of Blairsville, GA, Virginia Bradley of East Point, GA and Lucille Jennings of Anchorage, AK a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation: Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Banister Funeral Home
Service: Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Banister Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Rogers and Rev. Scott Sims officiating.
Interment: Old Union Cemetery, Young Harris, GA
