Mr. Christopher Rondall Winkler: Obituary

The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces services for Mr. Christopher Rondall Winkler, age 47 of Hiawassee, who passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Chris was born June 21, 1969 in Gainesville, Georgia to Ron and Margie Higgins Winkler. He was a native and longtime resident of this area and worked in construction.

He is survived by his father & step-mother, Ron & Susie Winkler of Young Harris; mother, Margie Winkler of Hiawassee; brother & sister-in-law, Chad & Laura Winkler of Blairsville; and nephews Luke & Cale Winkler.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27th at the chapel of the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawssee with Rev. Harold Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee Monday evening from 5 until 8 p.m.
