Mr. John Lee Moss: Obituary

Mr. John Lee Moss, age 35, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016. John was born in Hiawassee, Georgia on November 9, 1980 to Ricky and Martha (McClure) Moss. John was preceded in death by his brother, Josh Moss; grandfather, Earl McClure and grandfather, Harold Moss.

Survivors include parents, Ricky and Martha Moss; daughters, Angel and Lee Lee Moss; son, Michael Moss; brother, Jacob Moss; grandmothers, Martha Frye and Joann McClure. 

The family received friends on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Banister Funeral Home. Services were held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Banister Funeral Home with Bishop Raburne Wilson officiating. Music was provided by Ryan Wilson and Willard McClure, Interment followed the service at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Hayesville. Pallbearers were Ricky Moss, Jacob Moss, Scotty Bradley, Roy McClure, Gary Holcomb and Dave Hughes.The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Banister Funeral Home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee, Georgia in charge of arrangements.
