Mr. H. Dudley Castile: Obituary

Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces funeral services for Mr. H. Dudley Castile, age 95, of Hiawassee, who passed away Friday morning, September 16, 2016 in Chatuge Regional Nursing Home in Hiawassee.

Mr. Castile was born in Marietta, Georgia, on September 16, 1921, a son of the late Henry Castile and the late Amanda Florence Spanks Castile. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of World War II, and had been living in Hiawassee since 1985. Besides his parents, Mr. Castile had been preceded in death by his first wife, Vivian W. Castile, and his son, Stephen Castile.

Mr. Castile leaves behind his loving family members: wife, Peggy, of Hiawassee; and two nephews, Richard (Brenda) Castile and James Minter, both of Marietta.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery Mausoleum on 950 Mansell Road in Roswell, Georgia, on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11 a.m.

Visitation will be held at Cochran Funeral Home in Hiawassee on Friday evening, September 16th, between the hours of 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
