The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces Memorial Services for Lieutenant Colonel Robert Leonard Harper (USA, Ret.), age 68, who passed away on June 4, 2016 at his home.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016 from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Katie Strahls officiating. Full Military Honors will be presented by the Untied States Army Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 p.m. until the service begins. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
