Annie Mae Plott: Obituary

Annie Mae Plott, age 82, of Blairsville, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. She was born on June 8, 1933 in Culbertson, NC to the late J.G. and Hettie (Turner) Mason. Annie Mae was preceded in death by her husband Elbert Plott, four brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her brother, Louis Mason of Covington, GA and sister, Doris Brown of Blairsville, GA; a number a nieces and nephews also survive. She loved canning, gardening, fishing, horseshoes and the braves. She was also a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. The family received friends at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with services starting at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jerry Young officiating. Music was provided by the church choir, Mandy King and Gavin King. Pallbearers were Kyle McClure, Jonathan Brown, Mark Herrell, Steven Brown, Cecil Brown, and Chris Hedden. Banister Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
